Each order is thoughtfully handmade and packaged with care in our Australian studio before making its way to you.

PROCESSING TIMES

Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created before dispatch. Larger custom orders may require additional production time.

SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

International shipping is available to many locations, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and beyond.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location, postal service and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time.

EVENT ORDERS

If ordering for a wedding, celebration or special event, we recommend allowing plenty of time for both handmade production and delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring orders are placed with enough time before their event date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Postal delays, customs delays or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds.
