RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each item from A Day to Remember Studio is thoughtfully handmade and created with care.

As many of our products are personalised, custom-made or created specifically for your event, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Please check all names, dates and personalised details carefully before submitting your order.

Once production has started, personalised items cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Handmade Products

Our products are handmade and slight variations in texture, colour, seed placement and finish may occur.

These natural differences are part of the beauty of handmade products and are not considered faults.

Event Dates

Customers are responsible for ordering with enough time before their event.

Delivery delays outside of our control are not eligible for refunds.
