Every item from A Day to Remember Studio is thoughtfully handmade and created with care.

As many of our products are personalised, custom-made or created specifically for your event, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS

Please carefully check all names, dates and personalised details before submitting your order.

Once production has started, personalised items cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to love your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos so we can help.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Each piece is handmade, meaning slight variations in paper texture, colour, seed placement and finish may occur.

These natural variations are part of the beauty of handmade products and are not considered faults.

EVENT DATES

Customers are responsible for ordering with enough time before their event.

While we always do our best to help, delivery delays outside our control are not eligible for refunds.
